BREAKING: Manny Pacquiao Foundation to Provide Funds for Families of Frontline Workers

Manny Pacquiao continues to do all for his country in the war against the novel coronavirus. Not only is he doing his best as a Senator, but he is also contributing as much as he can personally.

Recently, his charity organization, the ‘Manny Pacquiao Foundation’ partnered up with The Philippines foundation with an initiative to provide for families of frontline warriors in these times.

Thus, the partnership will aim to ease the already hectic and taxing lives of frontline workers and their families.

“We are proud to partner with the Philippines Foundation to support the families of frontline workers who have paid the ultimate price. They are heroes and their families need our help.”

What are the objectives of the Manny Pacquiao Foundation?

Though the fund will primarily help the families of frontline Filipinos, the fund is not restricted to Manny’s country alone.

Apparently, Filipino Americans, too, will be at the receiving end of this gracious gesture. Regarding the initiative, Manny Pacquiao said,

“Filipino American frontline workers are the unsung heroes and many of them gave their lives so that we could be protected from this terrible virus. We want to do everything we can to honor their amazing legacy. We will never know how many lives were saved because of these selfless servants. May we never forget the sacrifices they made.”

Truly, healthcare workers have been highly vigilant in these tough times. Furthermore, they continue working day in and day out to curb the rapidly spreading disease to the best of their abilities. Their efficiency has greatly helped in keeping the spread as contained as it can be.
