Now, while the Paul brothers have been competing regularly, especially Jake Paul, at long last even KSI has finally announced his boxing return on Twitter. He has set the date for his comeback as 27th August 2022 in his latest tweet.

KSI teases a return to the ring

After almost a 3 year hiatus, the British YouTuber and rapper has finally announced his comeback to the squared circle. This will be KSI’s fourth official fight and the second professional fight of his career. ‘The Nightmare’ remains undefeated in all of his fights.

However, the story doesn’t end there, as JJ’s arch-nemesis and fellow YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul also makes his return to the ring in the same month following a knockout win against Tyron Woodley. Paul has announced his return to the ring on 13th August 2022.

The two fighters have been going at each other for years. However, it seems unlikely that the two will be facing each other, as they have announced two separate dates for their fights.

Even though it won’t be this event. The duo could fight each other at their next event and make the much-anticipated fight happen.

The Nightmare’s boxing career

KSI first stepped into the ring after he called out fellow YouTuber Joe Weller for a fight. JJ went on to win via stoppage in the third round against Weller and during his post-fight interview, called out the Paul brothers, Jake Paul and Logan Paul.

The Brit followed his victory by going up against Logan Paul. However, this fight at the Manchester Arena ended in a draw. Hence, the highly anticipated rematch took place in America at the Staples Center on 19th November 2019. KSI came out victorious in the sequel against Logan Paul as he defeated the American via decision.
