Laurico was 49 and had been with Mayweather Jr for almost 10 years. There has not been any public announcement related to her cause of death. But, it is reported that she had been feeling ill after her recent trip to Dubai. She played a pivotal role in Mayweather’s life as his personal assistant. There were claims that she suffered a heart attack, but no substantiating evidence was provided. This claim has also not been confirmed by the Mayweather family.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has not made any public remarks on the death of his personal assistant. Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe took to Twitter to express his pain in bearing the loss. He replied with two broken heart emojis to convey his sorrow.

WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman penned down a heartfelt message to remember Mayweather Jr’s personal assistant. And he forwarded his condolences to Floyd Mayweather Jr and his family.
