Tag team fights are emerging in the sport of boxing and it is quite unique, to say the least. One such contest took place over the weekend on the ‘MISFITS 008’ card. And believe it or not, the aftermath of the bout went more viral than the bout itself. ‘MISFITS’ boxing deals with ‘Influencer boxing’ exclusively. 

Two influencers, Deen the Great and Walid Sharks had a tag team contest against Yuddygang TV and Ayye Pap. One would assume that the teammates would be cordial and assist one another to secure the win. However, in a bizarre turn of events, Deen the Great and Walid Sharks ended up having a brawl again each other after their bout. It is ironic and amusing simultaneously to witness teammates express more animosity against each other than with their opponents. Not to mention, their friction was evident throughout the lead-up to their fight, especially during the weigh-in and face-off.

During the official bout, the pair emerged superior to Yuddygang TV and Ayye Pap. The contest was won by Deen and Shark via a unanimous decision. However, before the decision, the two indulged in an altercation. Their brawl went viral in the boxing world and ignited several opinions and reactions. It is safe to say that the majority of the fans were not too pleased with the incident. Not to mention, few even called for such bouts to be banned. But in all fairness, there is a market for such fights and some fans were thoroughly entertained.
