Oleksandr Usyk‘s acceptance of Tyson Fury‘s 70/30 offer for an undisputed heavyweight world title fight on April 29th has elicited mixed reactions from fans. Fury offered the deal to Usyk and posted it on social media, and Usyk accepted the proposal on the condition that many found surprising.
The boxer stated that he would accept the offer with the condition that Fury would have to donate £1 million to Ukraine.
The news came after the WBA stated that Usyk had to defend his unified world title against regular champion Daniel Dubois unless a deal was reached with Fury by the end of the day. However, if Usyk did not agree to the terms, Fury would still have quite a lot of options, like Andy Ruiz Jr, Deontay Wilder, and even former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou.

Mason Carty mocked Tyson Fury’s previous controversy after his fight against Deontay Wilder. Tyson was supposed to donate 7 million to charity. Well, he also claimed to have done so. However, a lot of people refuse to believe him.
I fucking love this man, 1mil to Ukraine shouldn’t be an issue, he gave his 7mil to a home charity after Wilder 🤥🤥

Wesley Fitzgerald applauded Usyk for standing up to Fury.
He claimed that Fury vacated his belt to avoid fighting Price and tried to avoid fighting Usyk by pricing him out.
Fury vacated his belt to avoid Price, he put unrealistic timescales in place to avoid AJ, and tried to price out Usyk, to avoid that fight.
I love that Usyk now has him running in circles looking for a new excuse.

Meanwhile, Nicky Wilson was skeptical of Usyk’s counteroffer, stating that it might be problematic to include a political stipulation.
Why are so many people saying Usyks called his bluff by accepting his offer? He hasn't accepted it. He's made a counter offer with a political stipulation which is bound to be problematic.
