In the conference, Floyd asserted people must embrace risks to get to where he is today. When questioned about his willingness to take that risk, Floyd stated, “I took the chance early!” Later, he elaborated on what inspired him to take the risk. “I looked at certain athletes’ career, and I said, I don’t want to end up like that,” Floyd told Cardone.

Explaining how he started investing, Floyd claimed he started with $5 million. “Um put up five million. I was getting…$50,000 a month..every month on the 18th,” explained Floyd. Upon realizing he could make substantially more by increasing his investment, Floyd decided to invest a nine-figure amount. “If it’s paying off like this then, and I gave him seven figures I said I’m not gonna even give them eight figures. I went and gave him nine figures.”

Subsequently, Floyd went on to explain the significance of money in a person’s life. “Without money, you can’t buy food to live to be alive,” Floyd told Cardone. However, Floyd claimed he wants to build generational wealth that can last even after he passes. Probing further, Grant asked Floyd how he decides where to invest money. Floyd answered by saying, “If it’s something that I know is paying off lucrative and heavy, I gotta go with it.”
