Oscar De La Hoya has found himself in between crossfire from fans again. Being a promoter in boxing is not a cakewalk. From tough competition, boxer relations and ensuring the best fight can prove it to be a difficult competition. And, to add to this, there are promoter rivalries. And one such famous rivalry is between Oscar De La Hoya and Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn. Oscar De La Hoya was recently called out for ‘beefing with everyone’. And it seems like he is back at it again. He seemingly made things personal with Hearn slamming him about his future in boxing.

‘The Golden Boy’ recently took a dig at Hearn for trolling him for Canelo Alvarez’s recent move to PBC and ending ties with Matchroom as their deal came to an end. However, it seems like this troll from Oscar did not sit well with his fans, who were not hesitant to slam him for his jabs at Hearn.

Oscar De La Hoya took to Twitter to call out Hearn after Alvarez decided not to sign another deal with Matchroom and rather switched to PBC. And, to make things much more interesting, the 50-year-old used a hashtag to troll Hearn. He wrote,#lonesomeEddie top rank will not work with you.

Oscar wanted to make sure that Hearn knows that no one would want to work with him. Furthermore, he added, “PBC thinks you are a joke and we all know how I feel about you.” The Brit has not yet responded to Oscar’s Tweet. And it seems like he is trying to ignore ‘The Golden Boy.’

One Twitter user slammed Oscar De La Hoya for his remarks on Hearn. And compared ‘The Golden Boy’ to a “dog.” He commented, “The scared dog barks the loudest.”

A user named Hugo believes that this is “beneath” Oscar De La Hoya. He wrote, “This is beneath you bro.”

One user has a piece of advice for the 50-year-old.
