‘Pacman’ is set to face former WBA super middleweight champion, Anthony Mundine. Moreover, the exhibition match will be a vehicle to promote and instill the love for boxing in Papua New Guinea.

Mundine had previously showcased powerful performances against fighters like ‘Sugar’ Shane Mosely and Sergey Rabchenko. In fact, boxing legend, Floyd Mayweather, had also challenged him for a fight, after his fight against Pacquiao in 2015.

Talking about facing Pacquiao, Mundine said, “I just want to say, it will be a pleasure to share the ring with Pacman. I mean I’m a fan of his, I’ve followed his career. He’s a legend. I won’t try and hurt him, I just want to have fun. Try to fight and showcase our boxing skills. And just entertain people.”
