Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk’s planned heavyweight unification fight has been canceled after talks between the two champions’ camps collapsed. The bout, set to take place at Wembley Stadium in April, aimed to produce the first undisputed world heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999. Anthony Joshua, who had lost his belts to Usyk, and also lost a rematch with him last year, lamented the breakdown of the contest and blamed Fury’s unpredictable demands for the collapse.
Negotiations for the match evaporated after Usyk’s camp accused Fury of making changing demands for two months, while Fury rejected Usyk’s claim for a 50-50 purse split. Recently, Andy Ruiz Jr shared a poster of him and Fury posing, ready to face each other. Ruiz called out Tyson Fury for a fight this way. Before this, Fury also dropped a truth bomb on Ruiz Jr regarding his Deontay Wilder fight.
In the caption, he wrote, “Let’s do this“. Boxing reporter Micheal Benson shared the news on his Twitter, which caused fans to go crazy. Fans shared their disappointment with the information and showed no interest in the fight.

Fans’ reaction to Andy Ruiz Jr calling out Tyson Fury
Tyson Fury faced harsh criticism from his fans after Andy Ruiz Jr called him out for a fight. Many fans, such as Aussie & Kiwi Muscle Cars, mocked fury and wrote that Fury should fight AJ, instead of foreign fighters like Usyk and Andy. She joked that way all the belts would stay in the UK and not in countries like America or Ukraine.
I really wanted to watch AJ and Fury. Why giving 30 percent to Usyk or Ruiz. He should be fighting his fellow British fighter and keep all belts in Britain not America or Ukraine, you’ll never see them again hahaha

Raven Wolf commented that any fight Fury doesn’t demand 70/30 from now on would prove he was ducking. The fan further stated that he should retire and vacate if he didn’t.
Any fight he doesn’t demand 70/30 on from now proves he was ducking. Why would you pay fighters with zero belts more than the man who has the majority of them. He’s backed himself into a corner, only real move left is retire, and vacate. Anything else makes @Tyson_Fury look bad.

Danny Mansoor argued that Ruiz was a tougher opponent than Usyk, as he had proven by demolishing AJ.
Ruiz is a tougher fight than Usyk when he’s prepared as proven by him demolishing of AJ 😤

Domeski thought the fight would be decent, but only if Ruiz came prepared and didn’t look like he was weeks away from type 2 diabetes.
He essentially just mocked Ruiz Jr for being fat.
this would be a decent fight & if Ruiz doesn't come in looking like he's weeks away from type 2 diabetes then he causes Fury some problems.

Professional Opinari made a sarcastic comment, saying that Tyson would offer Ruiz 12%, a van of Snickers, and 14 birria tacos, but he couldn’t bring the Mexican flag and had to fight southpaw.
Tyson will offer you 12%, van of snickers and 14 birria tacos. But you cant bring the Mexican flag and you have to fight southpaw.
