Floyd Mayweather is proud of Anthony Joshua
Following the KO win, Joshua went towards Mayweather and the pair had some moments. Although ‘AJ’ was the main man, Mayweather grabbed some attention with the stint.
In the pre-fight segment, Mayweather connected with Sky Sports to comment on Joshua before making his way to his seat.
Hailing Joshua’s abilities, ‘Money May’ said, “I mean it’s always good to see some great boxing. UK is a great place, so many great fighters. I am proud of Anthony Joshua but slice, camera, action.”
Floyd Mayweather added, “He is one of the best heavyweights out there you know, got a gold medal before, his career is going great. Two-time world heavyweight champion, he is a hell of a fighter.”

Joshua’s upcoming journey will demand more from him since a title unification fight with WBC champion Tyson Fury is on the cards. Both, Joshua and Fury want this fight to happen and by beating Pulev, ‘AJ’ has cleared his final hurdle.
It looks like the stage is set for the biggest Heavyweight championship fight since Ali-Frazier in 1971, when @Tyson_Fury meets @anthonyfjoshua for the undisputed crown.
We at Top Rank will start on Monday working to put that fight together.
