Heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua isn’t just relying on his gigantic physical frame and power to outclass Oleksandr Usyk on September 25 at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. He also claims to be honing the boxing abilities that can help him crack the undefeated Ukrainian.

Since the fight received official confirmation, several analysts have favored Joshua to possess power while pitching Oleksandr Usyk to be the better boxer. Also, Usyk’s southpaw stance has evoked many to believe he can trouble ‘AJ’ on the technical grounds.

However, Anthony Joshua appears to have enough confidence regarding his skill and boxing abilities. Hence, he has revealed a portion of his game plan, vowing to use both- power and technique in their upcoming collision.

In a chat with Sky Sports, Anthony Joshua said, “I can out-box him, of course I can. And I can out-strength him.”

“You have to have a bit of aggression, boxing skill, head movement. There is not just one factor that determines a fight.”

“Obviously we have our go-to-our strength. I will use my strengths.”

“But it’s called a boxing match for a reason. I love the sweet science. I will display my boxing skills, but I won’t make it too complicated in there.”

Anthony Joshua‘s impeccable professional record has always cited him as a knockout artist and a hard-hitter. Nevertheless, the British star has also displayed his boxing skills on several occasions.
