Unified heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua (24-1), wants to try himself inside the WWE ring. Despite being an active boxer at the top of the mountain, he has hinted at an early retirement in the past. However, we can envision a few more boxing clashes from the Briton before he finally hangs the gloves.

As he is still young, fans believe he may stay relevant in other forms of fighting. When he was asked to choose between UFC and WWE after boxing, ‘AJ’ didn’t think twice about billing his favor for the wrestling and entertainment organization.

It’s not new for boxers to enter the WWE ring, and the same has happened several times throughout the years. AJ’s upcoming rival and WBC champion, Tyson Fury, has also embraced the WWE ring, just before his historic win over Deontay Wilder.

So, Joshua can follow a similar path. However, he doesn’t intend to make a crossover; he wants to enter the WWE ring only after wrapping up his professional boxing career.

While he was also given the chance to comment about his desire in fighting at the UFC, ‘AJ’ didn’t even consider that. He didn’t hint at making an appearance ever inside the octagon. However, Joshua is a playable character in the EA UFC 4 alongside Tyson Fury. So, it’s safe to say that video games are the only way fans can see ‘AJ’ brawl inside the octagon.

Do you think Anthony Joshua should ever compete at the WWE?
