Can Jake Paul's new podcast with Hailey Welch revolutionize the way we see boxing and entertainment?

The ‘Hawk Tuah’ Girl Haliey Welch just went from being a passing meme to an overnight internet celebrity and now a podcaster. Yep, you read that right. Welch has now signed a deal with none other than the Influencer boxing sensation Jake Paul, or more accurately, she inked a deal with Paul’s sports betting media branding company Betr, starting a new podcast titled ‘Talk Tuah with Haliey Welch.’

Paul himself is making waves on the internet for his upcoming fight against Mike Tyson on November 15th at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. In the meantime, they just dropped this bombshell about the new podcast. While Paul is no stranger to employing social media stars for podcasts, Welch, who has appeared in Paul’s BS w/Jake Paul podcast previously, was a bit of a surprise. So, for those who want to know more, here are all the details you need to know about the podcast.

After appearing in what seems like every podcast and other nooks and crannies of the internet, Welch claims her new podcast will be the place “where you’ll discover the real Haliey Welch. I’m delighted to join the progressive team at Betr who fully gets me,” Welch said. She further added that her show will have a bit of everything.

“Great guests, laughs, relationship pointers, and, of course, some down-home southern charm,” she said. As for when the show’s dropping on YouTube, Spotify, and wherever you get your podcasts from—it’s kicking off on Tuesday, September 10th. And guess what? Welch can hardly wait to get started.

Interestingly, the ‘Talk Tuah with Haliey Welch’ podcast is just the latest addition to the Betr Media family’s roster of premium original digital IPs. It joins the likes of BS w/ Jake Paul, Twin Talk with Hanna and Haley Cavinder, Nickals, and Dimes with Bo Nickal, and Caps Off with Adam Tabatchnick and Jack Parodi—all created to take Jake Paul to the billionaire status he is aiming for.

The deal was part of Betr Media’s strategic push to expand its monetized content portfolio, which included acquiring the Caps Off and Hot Corner podcasts from The Game Day. “This is a major addition to the Betr Media family as we continue to strategically differentiate ourselves in the market,” said Mike Denevi, Head of Media at Betr.

That said, the expectations are Welch will bring her signature blend of Southern charm and comedic flair to the podcast, and given her popularity in the current cultural zeitgeist, she has a major boost toward success. Would you watch/listen to her podcast?
