YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has truly embodied his nickname, proving to be a formidable challenge for his opponents throughout his brief yet flamboyant boxing career. As per reports, the 27-year-old has returned to training after demonstrating his dominance against 58-year-old boxing legend Mike Tyson last November, clinching a lackluster unanimous decision victory.

The event itself made history, becoming the most-watched boxing match of all time. Shattering Canelo Alvarez’s gate revenue record with an astounding $18.1 million, Paul has positioned himself as the dream opponent for fighters across the spectrum. So much so that even established mainstream boxers are emerging from the shadows to stake their claim for a shot at ‘The Problem Child.’ But the burning question remains, who will he face next? AI, specifically ChatGPT-4o, has the answer.

Tommy Fury II

ChatGPT seems to be envisioning another influencer boxing match, as the first name it produced was Tommy Fury’s. The pair first went toe-to-toe in February 2023—it proved to be the toughest challenge for Jake Paul, who perhaps thought he was ready to fight actual boxers. And he performed well for someone who doesn’t have an extensive boxing background.

The eight-round fight saw both boxers put their undefeated resumes on the line. Fury seemed to have the edge, but Paul managed to score a knockdown in the final round. Alas, Fury had done enough by then to tip the decision in his favor, securing a split-decision win. Ever since then, fans have been demanding a rematch.

To Paul’s credit, he has been open about fighting Fury one more time, but Fury doesn’t seem to be in the mood to take that risk, even though publicly he has hinted at eventually having the rematch. ‘El Gallo’ has even revealed that the Netflix fight was initially offered to Tommy Fury, but the Brit refused to participate over concerns of pay-per-view.

With Paul’s success with Netflix, there’s hope for the rematch to happen in 2025. However, AI seems to think it’s bound to happen. When prompted, ChatGPT stated, “With their first fight resulting in Fury’s split-decision win, a second bout to settle the score once and for all would be highly marketable.”

What’s your perspective on:

Can Jake Paul truly prove himself against real boxers, or is he just a marketing genius?

It also provided a prediction for the fight, which the Fury corner might not like. “Jake shows improved technique and wins via unanimous decision, proving his growth as a boxer and avenging his earlier loss,” the AI claimed.

KSI

The second name it came up with was KSI’s. Paul and his fellow YouTube star KSI have been rivals since the inception of influencer boxing. However, for one reason or the other the fight never materialized. Both parties have made grandiose claims about beating each other, but they have nothing to show for it.

The main reason behind a lack of fight between them seems to be the weight—at what weight would they fight? KSI doesn’t want to come up in weight too much, while Paul doesn’t want to go down in weight too much. Compromise seems to be a prevailing solution, but their huge egos don’t seem to allow them to be the first ones to bow down.

While this potential fight seems impossible to make, AI has other ideas. “The Paul-KSI rivalry is arguably the most hyped grudge match in influencer boxing,” it said. “Both fighters have teased a clash, and 2025 could finally see them meet after building tension for years.” As for a prediction, AI had a convincing answer in that regard as well.

“Jake Paul wins via late-round TKO in a competitive, dramatic fight, ending the influencer boxing ‘civil war’ with a statement victory,” it said.

Logan Paul (The Brother Showdown)

Now, ChatGPT is getting into the dream fight territory! Logan Paul has been on and off the boxing game, but fans have been ecstatic about a fight between Logan Paul and Jake Paul. Two brothers putting it all on the line, pushing the boundaries to entertain, is, hands down, the biggest influencer boxing match of the current generation.

Both parties have hinted at something of that sort, but nothing concrete has ever made it far. Such a bout would make sense, given the fanbase WWE has garnered over the years. And fans wanting to see Paul get dropped would make this fight a pay-per-view extravaganza. However, will the brothers ever agree?

Both brothers have shown a propensity to be motivated by money, so throwing enough money at them can end up convincing them to get in the ring. But how does AI think this fight will get made? “As bizarre as it sounds, a Paul brothers fight would be the ultimate spectacle,” it said. “With WWE-style hype and their willingness to push the entertainment boundaries, this could shatter PPV records.”

As for a prediction for the fight, AI claims Jake Paul will prove to be the stronger brother. “Jake edges out a split-decision win in a surprisingly technical fight, with the brothers hugging it out afterward, leaving fans debating whether it was real or staged.”

That said, it appears AI should be given the reins over matchmaking in influencer boxing. Despite being a mathematical algorithm, AI has proven to put together better fights than what Jake Paul has done thus far. However, do you think any of these fighters will be Paul’s next opponent?
