At the New York press conference in February, Devin Haney expected that Ryan Garcia would “pull out” of the fight scheduled for April 20th. On the other hand, after Garcia caught attention with his bizarre tweets, the New York State Athletic Commission ordered the 25-year-old a mental health evaluation. But, the decision upset ‘KingRy’ who claimed “free speech” was his “constitutional right“.
However now, having successfully passed the mental health evaluation, Ryan Garcia boasted of being in excellent shape. Besides emphasizing how focused he was, Garcia guaranteed he would knock out Devin Haney. However, Haney remained unfazed.

In the past weeks, Ryan Garcia made headlines with several questionable tweets. In addition to publically claiming his life was under threat, Garcia consumed cannabis live on social media. As a result, mental health ambassador Duke Mckenzie also thought ‘KingRy’ would ultimately pull out of the fight against “The Dream’. However, after his mental health evaluation, Garcia announced he was ready to beat Devin Haney. “Yo, what’s up, Devin? You’re a b***h,” began Garcia at the media workout.

After calling Devin and Bill Haney “hypocrites,” Garcia added, “I’mma beat your a**. I guarantee you 4/20 it’s on. You thought I was not gonna make it to the fight. I bet you hoped that I pulled out. You bet you hoped that it was going to be some type of mental health issue. But, guess what? I’m right here.”
“I’mma knock you the f*** out in front of the whole world. And shout out to my fans that stay right with me. Everybody was trying to claim that I was going crazy. But, look at me now. So super in shape. Super focused,” he concluded confidently. Anyway, on the other hand, Devin Haney promised to KO ‘KingRy’ as the 25-year-old mocked him.

‘The Dream’ is certain of his victory against ‘KingRy’
During his media workout in Dallas, Ryan Garcia ridiculed Devin Haney’s boxing. In his opinion, a 12-year-old kid could throw better punches than Haney. In addition, Garcia labeled Haney as “light work“. Doing so, he even promised to “cook” Haney in the ring on April 20th. However, ‘The Dream’ remained unfazed. In his reply to Garcia, Haney pointed out that ‘KingRy’ had yet to make weight for the match. “Ryan still fat…Wallahi I knock him out 4/20!” said Haney, certain of his victory.

According to ‘The Dream,’ Garcia neither has the skills nor the heart to defeat him. “If he gets reckless, he will get caught like we’ve seen him get caught before. Derrick [James] knows he don’t got no fuckin’ discipline,” Haney had said. Well, who do you think will get the KO? Share your thoughts with us in the comments below.
