As a boxing fan, can you ever imagine someone calling a boxer and asking him for a fight? Although it may seem impossible, the same thing happened with one of the most hard-working boxers out there. It was none other than Yordenis Ugas, who defeated the legendary Manny Pacquiao. Immediately following the unthinkable incident, Ugas shared it with his fans.
Yordenis Ugas shared this surprising revelation via a post on Twitter today. But he did not reveal the name in the post and instead threw a question to his fans, asking them to guess who gave him the fight offer. Subsequently, the majority of the fans took the name of Adrien Broner, Terence Crawford, and Conor Benn as potential opponents.
Guess which fighter called me to ask me for a fight. I don't know how he got my number. I have never asked for an opportunity over the phone. I've won fights, I've won heats. I got to the big fights, winning good fights. #teamugas #54milagros

Yordenis Ugas got a surprise fight offer
Ugas has been out of the ring for a long time after his eye injury. Despite recovering from it, there is no news of upcoming fights for Ugas as of now. It is therefore inevitable that every Ugas fan will wonder when the next bout will take place and who the opponent will be.
And it didn’t take for the fighter to get the attention of his rivals in the boxing ring. According to his latest tweet, Ugas received a call and was offered a fight. Not only was the boxing star surprised by the phone call but also by how the person knew his number. He wrote on Twitter, “Guess which fighter called me to ask me for a fight. I don’t know how he got my number. I have never asked for an opportunity over the phone. I’ve won fights, I’ve won heats. I got to the big fights, winning good fights.”
It is either Adrien Broner or Terence Crawford, according to fans
Unsurprisingly, the post went viral in no time, and fans started guessing the mystery fighter’s name. Their list includes Broner, Crawford or Benn. Here are some comments.

In other words, it shouldn’t be Conor Benn, who is suspended by VADA for using illegal substances and therefore out of the ring. If it is Crawford, then it will be a good practice match for him before the Errol Spence Jr. fight. Adrien Broner might also be the caller according to fans as he has no fight in hand for now.
