Back in the 1990s, Mike Tyson became a fan favorite in no time. He climbed the ladders of the heavyweight division and even became a champion at just 20. Tyson’s secret sauce to success was no rocket science, but an extensive amount of hard work in the gym. With that, he even possessed a stringent diet to remain in his top heavyweight frame.
Over the years, there have been many individuals who tried Mike Tyson’s workout, diets, and more for a month or a day. Recently, a woman, who goes by the name Momo Cocoa on YouTube, followed Tyson’s routine.
She also came up with all that she encountered after this heavy regime.

Momo Cocoa said – “I’ve never felt so tired, which is another reason why I needed to come back on here this morning the next day to tell you how freaking sore I am. I could barely get out of bed this morning, okay like literally, every single part of my body hurts.”
“Laughing, my entire stomach tenses up. It’s so sore, like trying to like whip my hair out of my face, like my whole neck is sore. I feel like I got into a car accident or something.” she added.
At the beginning of the video, Momo Cocoa even showed her routine, which was predominantly similar to Tyson‘s routine.
