A Month After $21 Million Feat, Terence Crawford Breaks Silence on Doping Allegations: “Now I’m Juicing”

It has been a month since Terence Crawford defeated Errol Spence Jr. to become an undisputed champion at 147. Following the fight, Terence Crawford recently faced doping allegations. According to a number of people, ‘Bud’ was on PED the night he fought Spence Jr. As expected the allegations have surprised the two-time undisputed champion and ‘Bud’ took to X to laugh it out.

On the night of 29 July, ‘Bud’ thoroughly overshadowed Errol Spence Jr. in the ring. From the very beginning, Crawford controlled the fight and dominated ‘The Truth’. In only the second round of the fight, Crawford knocked down the highly skilled Spence Jr. By the time, we reached round 4, Spence Jr.’s face looked “close to exploding“. Given the manner in which Crawford stopped Errol, several people doubted whether or not he was on PED.

For Terence Crawford, the unbeaten star, the doping allegations arrived like a bolt from the blue. At first, the 35-year-old could not believe what he just heard. Naturally enough, the thought of him “juicing” produced laughter. “Now I’m juicing [laughing emoji] I done heard it all,” wrote Crawford. “I can’t just be great,” he added. Along these lines, Crawford declared that even if he was tested “all year long,” nothing illegal would be found in his body.

“They can text [test] me any and all year long and will never come close to seeing anything illegal in my body,” Crawford firmly stated. In this context, it is worth mentioning that recently Alycia Baumgardner tested positive for banned substances. However, Baumgardner has no intention of “sitting back in silence and letting this play out“. She has assured her fans that she is working to ensure that her reputation as a “clean athlete” stays fully intact. Amid the doping test fiasco involving Baumgardner, some people could not help but doubt Crawford’s abilities and ethics.
