This is because Paul is an Ohio native himself. He spent his childhood living in the city of Cleveland and took his chance to honor it. He wore the logos of teams such as the Cleveland Cavaliers, Ohio State, Cleveland Browns, and others.
The ‘Problem Child’ is undefeated in the boxing ring and will hope to keep a clean record going into the main event. However, it is far from an easy job. He is going up against former UFC Welterweight champion, Tyron Woodley.
But how did this rivalry begin in the first place?
How did this fight take place?
It all started when Jake Paul fought Ben Askren. Woodley came in as Ben’s friend and was a part of his team. Just before the fight, Woodley went into Jake’s locker to check the wrapping of gloves, and that’s where things got heated.

Woodley and Paul’s trainer got into a war of words. The latter told Woodley that he does not know anything about boxing gloves and the UFC fighter was quick to respond. Moreover, Jake Paul even asked him to bet on the fight as Woodley came in as a Ben Askren supporter.
This is what gave rise to Jake vs Tyron. This is by far the toughest test for Jake, as the UFC fighter has serious knockout power.
