Jake Paul seems to have an affinity towards fighting UFC fighters. The YouTuber turned boxer recently announced his upcoming boxing matchup against the former UFC sensation Nate Diaz. The fight will take place on August 5 in Dallas. Diaz has become a free agent since his contract with the UFC expired, and since his separation, he has been looking for different opportunities in combat sports. And it seems like Paul granted him the perfect one. The Ohio-raised internet sensation has built a reputation for knocking out retired UFC professionals, and it will be interesting to see if he is able to do that against Diaz.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer took to his social media to announce his next fight against former UFC superstar Nate Diaz. And he further gave a straightforward message to the 37-year-old.

The 26-year-old took to his Instagram and penned a message for Diaz while announcing the fight against him. Paul shared a fight posted to make the matchup official. And had an intimidating message for the former UFC fighter turned free agent.
Paul wrote, “August 5th, we commemorate the funeral for Nathaniel Diaz,” He did not hesitate to make it sound stern and added, “As we send him in casket back to Dana.” Paul seems to be out for blood, and it is safe to say that he will look to redeem himself since his loss against Tommy Fury in February. Paul has had seven total fights in his professional career till now. He further shared another photo of a tombstone with Nate Diaz and the date of August 5th written on it.

This will be an exciting match for the fans of both MMA and boxing to witness. This bout also allows Paul to make a statement to the boxing world since his recent loss. We should note that Diaz and Paul have shared verbal jabs over social media before. And they have mutual animosity toward each other going into this fight.
