Come Friday night, he will meet one of boxing’s greatest, Roy Jones Jr., in the squared circle. The duel is so fixated on his mind that the bodybuilder sleeps with the gloves on. At least, that’s what the latest post on Instagram shows.

Hugely popular on YouTube, where he boasts 2.3 million subscribers, and other social media platforms like Instagram, with over a million followers, ‘NDO Champ’ started posting his videos in 2018. Interestingly, the talks on the fight came about last year. In an October article, TMZ Sports shared that Jones Jr. will take on ‘NDO Champ’ on January 28 in Miami. Not everyone expressed happiness over the contest, with many criticizing Jones Jr. for vitiating his name. Roy Jones Jr. retired in 2018 with sixty-six wins against nine losses. Nevertheless, he returned in 2020 to face Mike Tyson in an exhibition match.

But three years later, making his intentions clear, Jones Jr. fought a professional battle against mixed martial artist Anthony Pettis on April 1. Unfortunately, he lost the bout through a majority decision. Reportedly, Celebrity Boxing promotes the June 30 match, billed as Clash in the Metaverse, Fight Night.
