Rambod addresses his fans on his FST-7 training model,” No there is not specifically FST-7 workout.” He then clarified that adding the FST-7 sets to your training helps you heighten your metabolism, which helps in losing fat. Adding high-intensity and high-volume FST-7 sets helps you create better insulin sensitivity, which indirectly helps you burn more body fat.
Later in the conversation, Rambod stresses the importance of sticking to your diet and cardio while following the FST-7 workout to get lean muscle gains. Rambod added,” But you can’t turn around and out-train a s****y diet.” The basic idea behind the FST-7 is that you perform 7 working sets to target the body part that you want to work on. He added that you can burn more calories by doing more FST-7 sets to become leaner.
Continuing further, Rambod sheds light on the importance of recovery as an important factor while working out. He emphasized the fact that you don’t have to overdo it while performing FST-7 sets. He advised focusing on recovery after doing sets. Rambod then commented on the enhanced guys and said they absolutely can do more FST-7 sets, which brings us to cardio.

On being asked about cardio destroying muscle gains, Rambod answered,” Absolutely so if you guys overdo cardio if you’re undereating, overtraining, and overdoing cardio from any aspect of your preparation while getting ready for show it can eat you up.” Following the coach’s knowledge by overdoing cardio, one’s gains get affected.
The Pro Creator sheds light on how one should do cardio. He said that you should always start with 20 to 30 minutes of cardio. Later, Rambod commented on the maximum cardio limit being 30 to 45 minutes daily. Furthermore, he advised one hour of cardio twice a day to those who are out of shape.
