Persian?bodybuilding pro-Hadi Choopan is a serious competition for this year?s Mr. Olympia contenders. The Iranian bodybuilder has already won the 2022 Mr. Olympia and is gearing up for the competition, this year as well. He is presently eight weeks out from Olympia and has one of the best physiques among the contenders. The Persian Wolf?has already set a high standard for the perfect physique, which will be difficult to match.?
The 34-year-old posted a video on Instagram late at night when he showed off his massive Herculean back muscles. The caption of the post was interesting because he took a dig at some bodybuilders, who he did not name.

The video showed the IFBB pro flexing his back muscles with his structure as huge as the Hulk and pretty intimidating. The bodybuilder captioned the post by writing, ?I can’t sleep??????????????????????1:45 in the night??????let?s play?????.?

He also seemed to take a jibe at some bodybuilders, who might use filters and editing techniques, and said, ?Sorry, I don’t have a professional camera and photoshop?????????.? His massive back was not acquired through simple exercises. Choopan had to go through extensive training and diet to get the Sandow trophy-winning body.
Choopan used a unique technique to increase his back and improve his overall conditioning. Rich Gaspari, who defended Hadi from haters explained his back muscle exercise to the viewers.

In a?previous Instagram video, Hadi Choopan was seen exercising for his back muscles with his already Herculean physique. Rich explained in the captions,??@hadi_choopan is using the overload principle to build his back. The heavier weight he is more upright to handle the heavier weight and as he drops gets more strict in the movement bending over more until his last drop set he is almost parallel with the floor as he lightens the weight.?

Gaspari who was a 3 time Olympia runner further explained,??In the loose form in doing the t-bar rows he is benefiting to stimulate muscle growth, and as he lightens the weight he gets more strict in form and continues to hit his middle back training to failure.?

Every bodybuilder has their own technique and comfort zone to get the best possible outcome from any exercise. The workout that works for Hadi Choopan might not work out for someone else.
