“How hard was it to look like that? Were you miserable?” Clarkson asked Efron, who agreed by saying, “A little bit.” The host continued her questions and asked, “You’re so lean. What did you have like no body fat?” The Iron Claw star hinted at his single-digit body fat transformation and said, “I mean at that point it was pretty low.”

Jeremy Allen White, Efron’s co-actor, had to add, “He was a statue. We had to wrestle and touch it, and it was like an ice sculpture.” However, Efron continued how he had to isolate himself to get shredded for the role.
