Well, Stefi Cohen, the elite powerlifter, recently took things into her own hands and shared the primary reason why people mostly have such injuries. She even unraveled a few Q-tips to avoid them.

Powerlifter Stefi Cohen recently took to her official Instagram account and shared a video where she spoke about hamstring injuries. She said that this happens because of weak tendons. She said, “You’re stiff as a board, and as a result, this probably ain’t the first time that you’re in this position.”

Giving advice, Stefi Cohen said that one of the best ways to fix even the slightest hamstring pull is to incorporate the Nordic curls into your workout routine. They help train the hamstrings when they lengthen, which is when they are the most vulnerable. People usually forget to train the hamstrings, which must not be the case.

She said, “It’s important to incorporate specific movements like this into our training to build a strong foundation from the inside out”. She once even spoke about another important issue that needed attention. People these days have an unhealthy obsession with weight loss. The goal must be fitness, not looking thin. Here’s what she pointed out.
