In the video, Titan and Big Doug were performing one of the most challenging shoulder exercises, standing behind the neck barbell shoulder press. While watching Fruchey lift, the former powerlifter was impressed by the range of motion that Fruchey was engaging in. He said, “Watching him lift is great, and it makes me excited to watch that healthiness for a young cat like himself. I wish you guys would pick up on that.”

The former Mr. California explained the difference between Fruchey and others and said, “Instantly see him do that going; oh my shoulders hurt well; that’s because you got bad shoulders; oh my lower back hurts; oh cuz you got lower back problems, or you’re going to, or you are just mentally fragile.”

The former powerlifter emphasized separating yourself from the norm by changing your approach and thinking outside the box. He added that you need to follow the regime bodybuilders did in the 40s, 50s, and 60s that kept them healthy and fit instead of getting scared of it. He reprimands social media for people trying to be different without moving a muscle. His belief was to continue to train like Big Doug, O’Hearn exclaimed, further moving on to do some heavy lifting himself.

O’Hearn never backs down from guiding the younger generation on the right path and giving them important fitness tips. Previously, he shared how to stay injury-free while having a leg day.
