Earlier, the ‘Pumping Iron’ star wrote he was inspired by a woman battling with cancer for 1095 days when she shared her thoughts of plunging into the fitness path on Twitter. Now, the Governator is inspired by yet another Twitterati.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is ‘proud’ of one of his follower

Sylvia Hopper celebrated 51 years of togetherness with her husband last year. She hoped to enjoy another year of marital blessing, but she lost him around Christmas. One of her children, James, is constricted to a wheelchair after having meningitis in his early days.
Hopper, the mother of three children, wrote on Twitter, “My children. 3 of them. Lost their dad recently. I’m holding them up.” The Governator was inspired by the woman’s courage and replied, “You’re a bigger hero than any of us. Keep it up. I’m proud of you.”

The 75-year-old actor is not new to sharing incredible stories or motivating his followers to pursue their health goals. Arnold is active on his social media and keeps in touch with his fans. Earlier this year, he announced his newsletter ‘Arnold’s Pump Club’ on Twitter. He makes it an interactive platform and often responds to fans’ posts. Though Arnold makes good use of his social media presence, that doesn’t mean he is unaware of the negative side of social media.
The Governator opened up about the cons of Social Media
In an edition of his newsletter, the bodybuilding maestro wrote about the ill effects of social media. “We hear a lot about how the world is angrier and more negative today. It’s clear that social media algorithms boost our worst impulses,” he said.

But Schwarzenegger doesn’t put the entire blame on social media platforms and opined that hate is often a reflection of one’s thoughts. However, he believes that everyone has the capacity to change.
Arnold is making the best use of his knowledge, experience, influence, and social media to make people’s lives better. Schwarzenegger’s initiatives of sharing inspiring stories and praising them while also making people work towards their health goals is truly inspiring.
