In a recent Q&A session with The Titan, he was asked by one of his followers about going to the gym for 15 years. Being 35 years of age, he still looked older than his age. To this O’Hearn replied, “If your visual age looks worse than your actual age, the goal here would be always you should and that’s when the body’s running fine and you’re healthy and blood markers are good and you’re eating right, you’ll usually always look younger than you are.”
The statement made him worried, and he looked concerned about the said individual and suggested, “If you’re looking aged, there are some thyroid problems possibly, there’s definitely nutrition issues going on here. I would get your blood markers checked. I would do that ASAP and see what’s going on with your body.”
The Titan has been successfully giving out bits of advice through the Q&A sessions and he has taken up another question as well, concerning a physical health matter, answering it in the same video.
Mike O’Hearn’s suggestion for joint pain
Mike O’Hearn comes across another issue where one of the followers stated that he has been having joint and tendon pains after 15 years of bodybuilding. To this, he said, “Your joints don’t hurt from bodybuilding, your joints hurt because you’ve aged over the last 15 years.”

He further goes on to say that when an individual reaches a certain age, their joints, back, and lower back start paining, and that is not because of any sports they continue with, but only because that is how the human body works. He even adds that the same thing happens to pro bodybuilders too. What are your thoughts about the Q&A session with The Titan? Watch the video and let us know in the comments section below!
