Lee Priest has been one of the influential icons in the bodybuilding spectrum for a while now. At present when several other young and amateur bodybuilders are trying to make their statement in the field, they often are emulating Priest. When he was made aware of this, he did not react irrationally; instead, he left a much more impactful comment!
Lee Priest, the 2006 IFBB Ironman Pro champion, generously shares free fitness advice with the community. He firmly believes that basic tips should be freely accessible and feels no need to charge for them. With such a humble nature, when he reported how the present set of young bodybuilders reacted, Priest slammed them down with an apt reply.

In a podcast session with Fouad Abiad, Iain Valliere & Mike Van Wyck, Priest talked about the present wave of bodybuilders who often copy the older generation. However, instead of getting annoyed with their emulations, Lee Priest talked about how the Tren Twins are following his arm workouts instead. He stated, “I know the twins the other day did like a Lee Priest arm workout.”
Priest then went on to reply with a snarly comment. He said, “That’s pretty cool even the tren twins are copying my arm workout so if the younger kids can remember an old f**k like me who’s turning 52, I find it a compliment.” The bodybuilding experts then went on to speculate how Sam Sulek had photoshopped a picture of him in place of Lee Priest in a photo with the Quadfather, Tom Platz.
Although Sam Sulek has pulled such a stunt as photoshopping his face and replacing it with Lee Priest, the latter still came up to defend him when others were criticizing Sam Sulek in numbers.

He mentioned how he felt these people who comment on Sulek like that are couch potatoes themselves, and they do not have any work ethics like Sam has. He further stated, “Look in the mirror fu*** worry about yourself…”

Lee Priest has always put forward a humble side of himself. Much like how he defended Sulek, he also handled the topic of imitation. Instead of getting infuriated for getting his workout styles emulated, the bodybuilder found a better way of tackling the situation.
