Chef Andre Rush, the ex-soldier and super shredded chef former White House chef, recently took a funny shot at a famous prankster who loves pretending to be a janitor. Chef Rush shared a hilarious video on social media, featurimg an actor dressed up as the prankster and fitness influencer, Vladimir Shmondenko.

In the Instagram reel video, the actor, wearing a janitor’s uniform like Shmondenko, tries to clean the floor. But instead of finding it funny, Chef Rush jumps in with his own style. He grabs the fake janitor and jokingly tells him, “You need protein, da** it!”

The banter between them was pure comedy gold, with Rush playfully badgering the actor to consume more protein while the actor keeps refusing. “No. Protein. Season your food. More. More. More. Chop.
