Kali Muscle, a bodybuilding veteran and fitness influencer, is known for his controversial content on the internet. This time Muscle is back with another topic that has led to him facing criticism from bodybuilding and fitness fans.

The well-known fitness icon famous for his fruit diet opined that taking supplements is just a waste of time, in a recent video uploaded to his Instagram account. Muscle hilariously passed a comment on the people using supplements and said, “When I was a kid, we used to laugh at people to take supplements.” The fitness influencer continued, “Well we’ve been told we need. We don’t. Like six meals a day, four, three meals a day.”

He highlighted how bodybuilders spend their time preparing their meals and were all just following a specific culture. “We just caught up in this culture that bigger is better,” Muscle explained. The fitness influencer captioned the video, “Is Bigger Better?” Muscles thinks the opposite. He took the elderly as an example and said, “Let’s go and look at some people that 80 90 100 years old. They not fat they not over muscular or buff .”

However, the bodybuilding veteran’s fans did not favor the approach. They called out the fitness influencer in the comment section for being against supplements and making fun of those engaging in supplements for building their bodies. 

Fans call out Muscle for his past

A fan called out the fitness influencer for the time when he sold supplements and wrote, “Bro u sold supplements.” Another thought that Muscle had gone bonkers and wrote, “Kali you lost your mind bro.” Another fitness enthusiast brought in Muscle’s previous diet into the conversation and wrote, “it ain’t the coca cola that almost killed you dude.”

An Instagram user shed light on the fact that his previous eating habits have affected his mind and commented, “all that fast food got him f**ked up.” Another fan simply commented, “It’s almost like Kalimuscle never lifted to become a bodybuilder…” A fitness freak called out the bodybuilding veteran for his eccentric teachings from the past and penned, “When you just want buuzzz and you win hhh in the past you teach people how you prepare preworkout pepsi+coffe.”
