The youngest son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Joseph Baena, is following in his father’s footsteps as he tries to make it big in Hollywood. The budding actor already has some projects lined up for release; one of them is with Hollywood legend Morgan Freeman. The young actor is also experimenting with different things to make a name for himself. In his latest Instagram post, Joseph Baena shared stills from a concept photoshoot where he dressed up as a cowboy.
“Great time shooting this western concept with @wynnhirsh,” Baena wrote in the caption. The 25-year-old teamed up with actor, stand-up comedian, and photographer Jimmy O. Yang for the concept western photoshoot and posted three striking images. His rugged look impressed fans.

Joseph Baena, for the photo shoot, dressed up as a cowboy from the late 1800s. Baena wore an overcoat, shirt, cowboy hat, scarf, and a pair of jeans. The 25-year-old ‘Bully High’ actor also wielded a revolver in his hand. “This town ain’t big enough for the both of us…,” he wrote in the caption. However, in a more exciting statement, the young actor wrote, “Time to make a real Western film!”

It seems like Arnie’s youngest son, like his father, isn’t afraid to experiment. Arnold played ‘Conan the Barbarian’ despite comic book movies not being popular in the 80s. Similarly, new Westerns have fallen out of fashion with most of the audience. It’s also noteworthy that before his breakthrough role as Conan in 1982, Arnold Schwarzenegger also tried his hands at a Western with ‘The Villain,’ in 1979.
The three images Baena uploaded were unique. While he carried the revolver in all three images, the perception and color palette of the three images were different from each other. Fans loved the serious and gruff vibes of the pictures.
Everyone loves Westerns, and Baena’s fans were no different
While moviegoers might not be going crazy about Westerns, everyone loves the classics from the 60s and 70s. Seeing Baena become a cowboy reminded one user of Clint Eastwood. “The Good, the Bad and the Baena!” wrote the fan in reference to Clint Eastwood’s legendary 1966 Western, The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly. “Man you got screen presence,” wrote another fan, impressed with how well Baena carried the look.

Another fan could see him star in the sequel to the Arnold Schwarzenegger film. “I’m thinking The Villain 2, a continuation of the movie your dad made in 1979,” the fan commented. “You look like the walking death – mad killer,” wrote Baena’s bodybuilding coach Leonard Mayrhofer. “Yes, please! I think we’ve all been waiting for you to make movies!!!!!” encouraged one fan.
