Choosing bodybuilding as a career is without a doubt a decision of both courage and commitment. The one who steps into the fitness world is bound to sacrifice many things, be it leaving comfort during intense training in the gym or avoiding the food that suits your tongue. To make a special place whether on the stage of the prestigious Olympia or in the hearts of millions of fans, a bodybuilder has to embrace every odd that comes in the way. Jay Cutler is among the legends who are the epitome of sacrifice and determination. So much so that often he almost spit blood in the gym!
He got his name written in the history books of bodybuilding after he had lifted the SANDOW trophy 4 times. His biggest record was registered once he dethroned the bodybuilding GOAT, Ronnie Coleman, in 2006. After so many years of retirement, Cutler has maintained his shredded body, and the credit goes to his effective training and eating approaches. Taking fans down memory lane of his painful training days, Cutler recalled his squat days that gave him an unpleasant experience. Despite this, he always found passion for what he did.
