While the use of steroids and performance-enhancing drugs can surely make a difference in an individual’s physique, it goes without saying that drugs can never replace a good diet, intense training, or the natural genetics of a person. If a person is not following the basics of bodybuilding—a good diet and a proper training regimen—no drugs can magically help them achieve their dream physique.

Despite being open about her steroid usage, fitness creator and internet sensation, Vladislava Galagan has been receiving a lot of messages and comments from people assuming that her astounding physique is a result of just steroids. Galagan recently responded to one of the comments on her recent Instagram post and made the point that more than just steroids go into having a good physique.

Galagan’s eerie similarity to the top model, Kendall Jenner, makes her a sought-after personality on social media. On the contrary, the Russian bodybuilder has beast-level strength and an insane physique. Her incredible physique receives a lot of praise from her admirers and some criticism from those who think her PED use is the reason for her enormous muscles.

Recently, Galagan uploaded an Instagram reel in which she described and demonstrated the three exercises she does to have an “outstanding V-Taper.” On the post, she got numerous comments. While replying to a comment from a person accusing her of using drugs, Galagan explained that due to genetic differences, it is much more difficult for a woman to build muscle compared to a man because of differences in testosterone levels. “An average man can get to my physique without any external help. You have all the necessary hormones as a male to perform well in the gym and get that muscle mass I have,” Galagan wrote.

Being a professional bodybuilder, Galagan understands what it takes to be a professional bodybuilder. She further explained that gaining muscle requires a high level of testosterone, which is not present in females. She pointed out, “Then you’ll need more than your own test, just because you won’t keep up with 6 days workout and every day cardio sessions.”

“Roids help you keep going, but do not miraculously grow muscles from 3-4 days workout and shi**y diet,” Galagan wrote.
