Despite being 55, O’Hearn has still maintained his peak physique. In a recent daily vlog uploaded to his YouTube channel, his wife, Mona Muresan, explained how he maintains his prime physique even now. Let’s delve into the work ethic of the Titan.
Muresan is pushing O’Hearn to his limits

“You wanna look best, you gotta do the dirty work,” says O’Hearn’s wife, Muresan, explaining that she cooks meals for the Titan. Further, she highlighted the rigorous workout regime the four-time Mr. Universe does to maintain his peak and commented, “You freaking name it, he does It.” O’Hearn performs his training two times a day, then he moves on to do his cardio, spends time in the sauna, and does some swimming, to preserve his shredded physique even as he gets older.
In the video, Muresan was seen preparing a meal for Titan. She made a meal with 20 grams of creamed rice mixed with eight ounces of tuna. She highlighted the importance of proper measurements of ingredients for the meal to remain balanced to support O’Hearn’s attempt at maintaining his body. Moreover, Muresan also talked about how even then when O’Hearn was not feeling like going to the gym and wanted to take a day off, she helped him make the right decision. “I know that he’s going to regret that later, so I pushed him to go to the gym,” she revealed.
Muresan also explained how if she could improve O’Hearn’s lifestyle by a “little tiny bit,” then it would be a successful day for her. This is not the first time she has revealed such interesting facts about O’Hearn. Earlier, she revealed his secret to maintaining a strict diet.
Muresan’s nutrient-rich recipe bypasses calories

In an earlier video, the former powerlifter’s wife shared her recipe for a slushy. “I’m going to give him his little treat; he hasn’t had this in a while, but this is going to keep him going,” added Muresan, and with that, she prepared all the ingredients for the slushy.
She started by adding supplements like amino acids. Muresan explained that this includes branch-chain amino acids. while further mixing in some leucine with flavored crystal sweetener. According to her, this adds a tangy taste to the slushy to make O’Hearn feel like he’s having a treat. Due to the slushy being made just of water and supplements, he’ll get essential nutrients with almost no calories.
