Engaging in proper breathing techniques allows us to intake higher volumes of oxygen, facilitating its efficient delivery to our muscles. By increasing oxygenation, we improve our endurance, reduce fatigue, and enhance our overall performance. Explaining the same while working out at Gold’s Gym, Robby Robinson explained that there are many individuals who complain that they don’t get a good enough pump while working out. Emphasizing on the importance of proper breathing, he revealed that it is directly related to the pump.?
Continuing further on the same lines, Robinson said?“You have to worry about breathing. Then the muscle can carry the oxygen. It can’t pump, the blood can’t move.”?By ensuring that the body is getting enough oxygen during a set, breathing can help in maintaining appropriate effort levels, and prevent premature exhaustion.
O’Hearn regularly shares fitness tips using his social media platforms regarding training and nutrition.
