Despite being in the 50s, which is often regarded as a sensitive age that bounds one’s physical capability to do things, Mark Wahlberg remains tenacious towards his fitness. This is often seen with the kind of training videos that the Transformers star uploads on his social media.

Showcasing his dedication towards fitness yet again, Wahlberg posted a video of him training despite an injury. He was seen engaged in leg press, squats, and other exercises. Having seen this workout video, some fans hailed his resilience while others lauded his shredded body.

Mark Wahlberg works out despite a torn meniscus

In a recent Instagram post, the actor-turned-fitness enthusiast, Wahlberg was seen putting his body under the stress of a workout. In the post that was captioned Work thru but train smart,” he was heard saying that he had a “torn meniscus and broken bones in the hand “ Continuing further he said, “Got to work through it, but very ginger with it today. Just getting that movement back. We got to work, got to work”

Even as the effect of his injuries could be seen on his face, Wahlberg seemed hell-bent on going through the session and giving it his all. After the post caught his fans’ eyes, they went into a frenzy, looking at this shredded physique.

One Instagram user wrote, “Mark, you look stay young with healty body, so hot.While encouraging him for the training he was doing despite the pain, another fan wrote, “No pain, no gain”.

Showing pure emotions to his buddy, Wahlberg’s friend Richard Wilk wrote,You are a machine my friend! Keeping pushing through it all.Expressing the reality of life, commented one of the users,Some days are harder than others! Keep working, keep pushing, keep inspiringCalling him an inspiration, said another fan, “You’re an inspiration mark GOD bless you.”  Revealing how Wahlberg has helped him on his fitness journey, one fan said, Thanks, Mark, for the inspiration. Watching you keeps me going to the gym.”
