In a recent Instagram post, the actor-turned-fitness enthusiast, Wahlberg was seen putting his body under the stress of a workout. In the post that was captioned “Work thru but train smart,” he was heard saying that he had a “torn meniscus and broken bones in the hand “ Continuing further he said, “Got to work through it, but very ginger with it today. Just getting that movement back. We got to work, got to work”

Even as the effect of his injuries could be seen on his face, Wahlberg seemed hell-bent on going through the session and giving it his all. After the post caught his fans’ eyes, they went into a frenzy, looking at this shredded physique.
