Imagine a snack that’s become a staple over the years being called detrimental to your health. Now, picture that staple snack being Oreos. Well, as per Kali Muscle, the high fructose corn syrup in these beloved cookies is “factual, actual known to cause cancer. Stay away from Oreos.” Known for his controversial take on diet, the bodybuilder has been in the news for the lifestyle he promotes to his followers. After surviving a heart attack in 2021, Muscle turned to fruit-only diets recently. Now, he’s embarked on a new series: Food that “Almost Killed Me ⚰️” And the most recent addition to that installment was another staple snack – Cheez-It.

Exposing many big-name brands for not being fit for consumption, Kali Muscle has been claiming they were the reason he had a heart attack in 2021. Having already gone after Ramen, Coca-Cola, and Eggo Waffles, Cheez-It was next in line. In his latest YouTube short, Muscle was seen pulling out a box of Cheez-It from a supermarket shelf and contemplating whether or not to take it home for his kids. What was the obvious next step in the decision-making process? Checking the ingredients.

Revealing how he used to eat an entire box of these at once, he read out the ingredients. “So, we got wheat flour, reduced Vitamin B, vegetable oils, high oleic soybean.” Wondering about the last ingredient, Muscle asked, “What the hell is that? Y’all know what that is?” He continued listing the ingredients, “Canola oil with TBQ, HQ, skim milk, whey protein. I’m lactose intolerant. I can’t eat this!” But it was what he said next that didn’t sit too well with his followers.
