Bodybuilding legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger flaunts his one most loved habit for relaxation, that is, smoking cigars. Almost all of the film and bodybuilding industry is aware of his affinity towards the luxurious element. So much so that, he often invites his celebrity friends to cigar parlors for a smoke. A similar discussion once followed in an episode of The Tonight Show by Jimmy Fallon, hosting guest star, Chris Pratt in April. 

Ahead of the Hollywood actor’s film, The Super Mario Bros Movie’s release, he featured on the show and talked about a range of topics from his life. Eventually, his father-in-law, Arnie’s love for cigars came up which got the two talking about incidents that occurred. Pratt revealed that he once got a lung infection after inhaling a cigar with the star athlete. Owing to the scenario, fans took to the comments of a resurfaced YouTube clip of the interview with interesting insights.

As per the interview, the 43-year-old star shared how the former bodybuilder is an amazing grandpa to his kids. Further, revealing an adorable German nickname, “Opa” for Arnie. Fallon candidly asked if Pratt ever had a cigar with the legend, which sparked the conversation about the incident. 

After both the celebrities agreed on Arnie’s ardent love for his cigars, Pratt hilariously narrated one of his cigar encounters with the star. The actor shared that when he was about to be a father, and bring his “granddaughter into the world”, Arnie came up to him and asked, “Let’s go out and smoke these.”

Despite having asthma and not any particular interest in smoking, Pratt couldn’t seem to refuse his father-in-law’s offer. “So I go and I smoke the cigar, and say, this is good!… woke up the next day, massive lung infection,” Pratt disclosed. The fact that cigars are not meant to be inhaled owing to his revelation of his asthmatic condition, was pointed out by the fans. Therefore, several fans took to the comments section to add to the humor.

The resurfaced clip was shared earlier this month and gathered 171k views and 403k likes. Moreover, the comments synced with the amusing notes of the video, deriving hilarious remarks from the fans. “You don’t inhale cigar smoke you absolute mad lad,” one fan wrote whereas another fan seemed concerned over the incident and stated, “Chris Pratt probably needs to learn how to smoke a cigar your lungs shouldn’t be getting affected at all if you’re not inhaling it.”

A comment joked, “No one told him you don’t inhale a cigar” whereas another remark on the same lines added that Pratt’s wholesome on-screen persona aligns with his real personality as well. “…he may be really is the truly wholesome character portrayed in the media” it read.
