As per the video shared on Friday, the 28-year-old athlete read out a question from his fan that asked him if training 3 hours at the gym was too long or simply put, overtraining. Cbum opted for a rather diplomatic answer, as what might suit best for the individual. He noted if the person is feeling very energized and it does not affect their health, then it?s appropriate.?

“I played with a bunch of guys here. We probably played for almost an hour. It was pretty long. And I could not walk for a week like it was just inflammation and pain,”?Bumstead shared.
