He posted a throwback video where a cohort of bodybuilders were chasing the Austrian Oak almost naked, just in undershorts. The scene is from a movie called “Stay Hungry” — a 1976 comedy for which the actor won the Golden Globe Best Debut Award. 

 

Arnie wrote in the caption, “Every 500 steps you take is associated with a 7 percent decreased risk of death from cardiovascular disease. And for every 1,000 steps, you experience a 15 percent reduction in all-cause death.
