The Apprentice was a widely accepted reality show that started streaming in 2004 and it billed itself as ‘the ultimate job interview’ in the ‘ultimate jungle.’ Donald Trump, the President of the United States was the host and he was in it for 14 long years. However, he was fired by NBC in 2015 due to certain comments that were made by him.

In 2015, the former California governor and an infamous TV personality Arnold Schwarzenegger was offered to replace Donald Trump on the show. Well, whether he did a good job in the show or not, is pretty much controversial, but Trump has it clear and confesses about the role replacement.

Donald Trump confesses about Arnold Schwarzenegger on The Apprentice 

The official YouTube page of The Forbes Breaking News shared a snippet from one of Donald Trump’s interviews, where he is seen confessing his true feelings about Arnold Schwarzenegger replacing him on The Apprentice and being the new host. The snippet was captioned, “Trump Mocks Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Ratings As Host Of ‘The Apprentice'”.

Donald Trump has been an absolute hit on the show and to be replaced after 14 years is a rather difficult thought. In the video, he was asked whether he wanted to see Arnold Schwarzenegger succeed after replacing him, and to this, he said he would rather see the renowned star fail.

Donald Trump replied, “I’d rather see him fail to be honest with you and he did fail.” The entire fitness community was left in mixed emotions listening to Trump make such a confession and they filled the comments section with a rather arguable debate about the both of them.

Fans reacting to Donald Trump’s confession on Schwarzenegger 

The fans were divided into teams, some taking sides for The Austrian Oak and others agreeing to what Donald Trump confessed. One of them, taking to Trump’s statement and the honesty it reflected, commented, “Hilarious he keeps it 💯”. Another,  remembering one of Schwarzenegger’s old statements, wrote, “I remember When Arnold Sat In His Hot Tub Smoking A Stogie And Told Us Screw Your Freedom….😏”

Some people even spoke about the show itself, both in the positive and negative realms. While one of them wrote, “I enjoyed watching The Apprentice !”, another commented, “I am sure no one remembers The Apprentice” lol.”  A follower even criticized Trump for spending time in part-time activities and wrote, “WTF is he talking about lol nobody cares.” What are your thoughts on the confession of Trump?
