However, Aniston has faced her fair share of physical challenges. Among them is a history of back injuries that have impacted her career as well as her fitness approach. Recently, she announced her partnership with a fitness brand called Pvolve.

Lately, Aniston disclosed in an interview with People.com about her partnership with Pvolve, which provides fitness equipment and health classes. Taking a look back at her unfortunate back injury, Aniston said, “If I had known about it 20 years ago when I was breaking my body to begin with, we would’ve saved so much pain.” She continued by disclosing that she has been a fan and a member of the Pvolve community and insisted to partner with the brand herself for her fans to know about this company. 

 

Followed by this, $320 million worth Jennifer Anniston also posted a reel on her Instagram recently announcing her partnership with the brand. The caption of the post read, “I’m officially part of the @pvolve fam SO proud to support our female founder and the beyond talented trainers.” Continuing further, she added, “This is one of my favorite workouts… and I’m so grateful for the team and excited for what’s to come.”

Talking further about her fitness regimen during the interview, Aniston revealed that she still indulges in hiking and pilates to maintain her health. Let’s take a quick look at what else Aniston relies on.

Aniston has realized over the years that she needs to switch her training style as she ages. After suffering several injuries, her main intention is to train for longevity and general health. As a result, Aniston stated, “I have hung up the 45 minutes of cardio, the aggressive CrossFits. That didn’t, for me, work.” 

It seems like Aniston does not like to over-complicate things. She advises her fans to keep it simple and eat as clean as possible, drink tons of water, and get a good night’s sleep. She also insisted on creating a balance between fitness and normal life, disclosing, “I like to enjoy myself.”

Aniston pointed out that she is currently training to ensure that she has a good balance and core strength in the coming days. She added, “Especially as we get into our lovely older periods, we have to keep it exciting. And we have to be kinder to our bodies.” This is why she is relying on Pvolve as she believes that the brand is helpful in attaining this goal.
