Noel Deyzel shares his thoughts on mental health

In an emotional post the bodybuilding icon said, “By the end of this video, ten men would have attempted to take their own life.” He reasons out his statement by reflecting on societal prejudice, “Society has forced men to suffer in silence because we are seen as weak if we ask for help.”

So, he took responsibility to spread awareness of the issue and initiate openness of mental health conversations. “Check in with the men in your life. It starts with a simple ‘How are you?’” he suggested. He also asked people to be transparent and open up if they receive such questions from their well-wishers.
