But initially “I would have panic attacks at the thought of stepping foot in a gym, I would pretend I wasn’t out of breath after climbing stairs and run to the bathroom to catch it back, I would starve myself all day, then binge, binge, binge, feel like crap then do it all over again. In the first picture, I was not happy,” revealed Baker. As she stated in her post, transformations don’t take place overnight.

It required both time and bravery to adhere to the plan, and she was entirely committed to enhancing her physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Despite not taking a significant leap initially, she focused on making incremental alterations, which instilled a sense of optimism in her.
