Schwarzenegger fans, who are happy for the actor’s enthusiastic and successful fourth quarter, have disappointing news. It was reported that the 76-year-old is facing a lawsuit after hitting a woman cyclist earlier this year. Now another woman is dragging the Terminator icon to court for a car accident that happened in 2022.

As reported by TMZ, Schwarzenegger was involved in a car crash in January at the Allenford Avenue and Sunset Boulevard crossover in Los Angeles. A woman named Cheryl Augustine, involved in the accident, blames the Governator for driving “wrongfully and recklessly” and is demanding compensation for physical and mental trauma.

Augustine claims that the incident left her in shock and believes it “will result in some permanent disability.” So, she is asking Schwarzenegger to pay for property damage, medical expenses, and others. As this wasn’t an isolated case, fans are worried about their bodybuilding legend’s driving skills in recent times. They requested him to stay away from driving on multiple occasions.

This is the second lawsuit on the 450$ Million rich actor this month. Joanne Flickinger, a bicyclist, had to be sent to an ER after suffering injuries from the accident involving Arnie’s car in February. The woman in her lawsuit mentioned that Schwarzenegger was driving his car “at excessive speed and failed to keep a proper lookout”, which resulted in the collision.

But the spectators on site revealed that Schwarzenegger was not at fault. They noted that the woman made a sharp turn, leaving the Governator with no time to hit the brakes. The incidents and subsequent lawsuits might upset the superstar’s fans, who pray for his wellness.
