In his latest video, Rambod talked about a special gym machine that transcends the ordinary. He emphasized the remarkable benefits of unilateral movements for overall progress.

In his Instagram video post, Hany Rambod talked about the game-changing gym machine. The uniqueness of this alternating leg extension machine lies in its ability to let you focus on one leg at a time. Rambod explained that, unlike conventional machines with a bar spanning across, this equipment enables independent work on each leg.

This eliminates compensating for the weaker leg with the stronger one, essentially providing an individualized workout for each leg. Rambod wrote in his post caption, “Maximize Your Leg Extensions. We love using @panattaofficial’s unilateral leg extensions to maximize isolation, ensure a balance between both legs, and even self-spot on those finals reps.”

Furthermore, he emphasized the benefits of this new machine by practicing his one-leg workout in the short clip. This approach ensures that the weaker leg doesn’t hide behind the dominant one, allowing you to monitor the reps for each leg separately. It’s akin to having a built-in self-spotter, offering a clear understanding of your progress.

The IFBB coach advocated for adding unilateral leg training to your routine to achieve the desired gains, with an assurance that both legs receive the attention they deserve. With his expertise in the fitness industry and the knowledge he has gained over the years, he is now focusing on a new talent, Noel Dyzel.

A while back he collaborated with bodybuilder Dyzel and, in their training video, emphasized his shoulder workout session. They began with the Arsenal shoulder press, doing ten to fifteen reps.

Then they moved on to Rambod’s famous FST-7 set using dumbbells and reverse drop sets. They also included core-strengthening exercises in their regimens. He stressed keeping the shoulder slightly higher while performing the movement with dumbbells, ensuring Dyzel’s delts would become stronger, bigger, and more defined with sheer dedication.
