In a recent video uploaded by Sepe, he introduces the coach and icon with an incredible speech about his coaching and training abilities. Sepe called the Pro Creator “super duper trainer” to which Rambod started laughing.

He also agreed that this was the best introduction ever. Then the men’s physique model asked him, What does it take to be a champion? Along with the question, he also said that people can have the best genetics and they can have other talents as well, but what makes them a champion is the ultimate ask.

Rambod answered, “The genetics are important, but what is even more important is the mental fortitude to be able to go above and beyond and not be playing a victim.” Rambod explains that there is always a way to be the best and the second tip is to be around positive people while keeping negativity away. He also advised on the hard work that is needed to become a champion and said that prison gyms are the best when preparing for a competition.

In the previous episode of his podcast called The Truth, he spoke about the difference between an influencer gym and a prison gym. He went back to the time when he trained 8x champ Ronnie Coleman and his girlfriend.

He also explained that the gym was often called a prison gym. It had bent dumbbells, and workouts were performed outside when the temperature was 100 degrees and with 100% humidity. According to Rambod, the prison gym helps to build the character of being a champion.
