South African bodybuilder Noel Deyzel had the misfortune of suffering from surgery. Despite that, he has got good news for his fans through a health update. It seems like Noel is ready to get on stage and feels at the top of his head.

In the recent Instagram post, Deyzel looks pumped up and healthy with all muscle striations and abs. His biceps and quads are visible and look as strong as ever. Along with pictures of his quads and back, he also gave a short message that will motivate a lot of bodybuilding fans.

Noel wrote, “10 weeks post surgery physique update. I am reset and grounded. Not only in my mind but my body. I am ready bros A. #bodypositive #bodybuilder.” After his surgery for diastasis recti, he was very candid about the whole process and shoot the vulnerability that people in the bodybuilding world generally want to hide. Due to this honesty, the fans started taking updates on his health and seeing his progress.

Deyzel has always kept his fans in the loop of recovery, and this time he is ready for the stage and competition after 10 weeks of surgery. Noel has previously updated his fans about the comeback and this is not the first time.

The 39-year-old previously informed his followers of his health condition and updated the news on Instagram. Even after recuperating from the shock of losing his friend Jo Lindner, Deyzel has not given up.

Posing with his chiseled muscles and jacked physique, he captioned to post by writing, “Making a comeback 😈”. Even though he was recovering from surgery, he did not keep his fans in draught. Denzel kept on creating new content for his followers, such as a homework workout routine to spread mental health awareness among men. “I’ve never liked to talk about my problems because I didn’t want to be seen as a “lesser man” for having problems. All it did was build up inside and make me suffer more. Talking helps. I promise you that🙏🏼❤️” was the bodybuilder’s message.
