Mike O’Hearn, a man of many talents, is a trainer, actor, bodybuilder, and model; all locked up in a nearly 6″2′ body. For the past few decades, O’Hearn has been a constant name to reckon with in the bodybuilding world. In the long run, the Titan wants to be remembered for his lastingness. He often uses his social media accounts to share his workout tips and routines with fans.
Recently, the 54-year-old did a live question-answer session with his fans on YouTube. During the session, he revealed which part of the body one should focus on while training. He asserts that training that part will help one avoid two of the major issues one faces later in life.
Mike O’Hearn shares his fitness secret

Post his live stream, the fitness coach has shared the video on his YouTube channel. O’Hearn revealed that through his years of experience in the fitness world, he has realized how important training the hamstring is. O’Hearn said, “I have discovered through uh the years of judging and being in the health and fitness world the hamstrings are so much more important for two reasons. One is that’s where the real athletic ability comes from the glutes and hams relative to the quads and then also for life and longevity.”
He further added, “You’re going to want to keep a solid rear end and hamstring strength as you age that’s going to keep the knees healthy on the back side coming forward so that’s just something I wanted you guys to pick up on.” It is to be noted that this isn’t the first time O’Hearn has shared his insights on how one can attain longevity. Instead, it is something the bodybuilder wants to be remembered for. Therefore, he has been diligently doing his research in that area.
However, despite the wisdom he has attained in the matter, O’Hearn once made an honest confession about his body.
The Titan couldn’t escape the clutches of aging
While O’Hearn’s jacked physique at 54 makes him look picture-perfect to his fans, the Titan believes he is far from it. In another one of his recent YouTube updates, the bodybuilder revealed he often feels “fatigued and beat down a bit.”

He confessed that maintaining a lean physique at his age while constantly traveling for different stints often takes a toll on his body. However, it’s the end result, a.k.a. his immaculate physique, that keeps him going despite the tiredness.
